Research Assistant

focused on developing next-gen protein tools that can make a global impact. We’re seeking a Research Assistant who’s passionate, innovative about molecular biology, protein science
and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Conjugation of oligos and peptides and quantify samples 
  • PCR, RT-qPCR, DNA/RNA sequence analysis, gel electrophoresis
  • Optimization of protocol and biochemical reactions
  • Analyze data and troubleshoot experiments in collaboration with the team
  • Assist in maintaining lab inventory and reagent stocks

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or
    related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on lab experience with protein purification and/or analysis
  • Familiarity with standard molecular biology and protein techniques (e.g., polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, qPCR, assembly of enzyme reactions, BCA assays)

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to mass spectrometry, DLS, or biophysical characterization tools
  • Prior experience in a biotech or startup lab environment
  • Strong documentation and data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, GraphPad Prism)
