Product Regulatory Compliance Intern

Job Purpose :

The Product Regulatory Compliance Intern will support the Product Regulatory Compliance Director by assisting in the research, analysis, and documentation of product compliance requirements. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in understanding and applying relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies to ensure product compliance. The intern will contribute to maintaining accurate compliance records, preparing reports, and facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to develop strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills while gaining valuable insights into global operations and manufacturing compliance.
 

Key Job Elements :

• Assist in researching and understanding relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to product compliance.
• Analyze product specifications and designs to identify potential compliance gaps.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including records of testing, certifications, and other relevant data.
• Prepare and review compliance reports, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of compliance issues.
• Facilitate communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support communication and training efforts related to compliance requirements.
 

Education/Training :

• Pursuing Engineering degree; Chemistry/Chemical engineering degree a plus.
 

Qualifications & Experience :

• Experience in global operations, manufacturing and compliance preferred.
• Experience managing large volumes of data.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of a multi-cultural business.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and effectively in varying environments.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
