Mercury Systems is seeking recent college graduates to join our Engineering Rotational Program, an exciting opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. Over the course of the two-year rotational program, you’ll gain exposure to various engineering groups based on your skills and business needs. Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering obtained within the last 12 months
- Minimum 3.1 GPA
- Must have prior Co-Op or internship experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for applying technology creatively
- Flexibility in assignments and enthusiasm for tackling unfamiliar challenges
- This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in Model-Based Systems Engineering techniques
- Skills in systems modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or IBM Rhapsody

Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range: $62,000 - $124,000 for a Individual Contributor I at Torrance CA USA.
The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees.
